I started my career cooking in restaurant kitchens, learning the pace, the pressure, and how to make food that people get excited about. Later, I shifted into assisted living facilities and hospitals, where I really refined my skills and learned to cook with intention—balancing flavor, comfort, and dietary needs while serving people who depended on every bite.

Now, I’ve taken all of that experience and put it into my newest adventure: Butters Grilled Cheese, our gourmet grilled cheese food truck. I get to take a childhood classic and turn it into something creative, bold, and packed with flavor—and honestly, I’m having a blast doing it. Good food should make people happy, and that’s exactly what I’m here to do.
